Private Residence Club Spotlight: The Weybridge Collection
The Weybridge Collection is a new equity-based collection of luxury fractional residences. The Founder and President, Robert H. Glaze, does not like to call his collection a "club." He likes, rather, to see his venture as a true second home experience with each home having cultural and artistic experiences associated with it. Currently available for fractional ownership is Casa Las Artes in Tesuque, New Mexico, where $465,000 buys you a one-fifth share of the property. Available for exchange are three Villas in San Miguel del Allende. As of this publication date, homes under further consideration are in Napa Valley, Chicago, Umbria, Italy and Bilbao, Spain.
