The Weybridge Collection is a new equity-based collection of luxury fractional residences. The Founder and President, Robert H. Glaze, does not like to call his collection a "club." He likes, rather, to see his venture as a true second home experience with each home having cultural and artistic experiences associated with it. Currently available for fractional ownership is Casa Las Artes in Tesuque, New Mexico, where $465,000 buys you a one-fifth share of the property.
