The Chocolate article... and beyond..

..... about making something old new again.... and better. So much I did not know about that part of Pennsylvania and Milton Hershey -- all I ever know is he invented the process of making chocolate into milk chocolate... thus, saving us all from bad moods and lousy days.

Sometimes, chocolate is so necessary! And my feelings have been borne out in reality.

One of the more interesting factoids I learned in doing this story was that this severe recession of the last 18 months did not affect chocolate sales at all. In fact, the worse the economy, the better the chocolate sales.

I understand this!

So, if I got you right - you mean the worser is the situation around us the more chocolate we eat? Well, it is interesting idea. But as for me it doesn't matter whther there is a economical crisis or the war.. I ate chocolate, eat it know and will do it further. I simply like it a lot.
